Our courses aim to enable delegates to meet the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990, the Food Safety Regulations 1995 and any subsequent regulations. Once delegates have completed one of our training courses, our service does not stop. We will forward details of new courses, updates and refreshers that are available, and keep employers updated with any relevant changes in statutory requirements.
